We couldn’t help ourselves. This Boston platen is a real working machine. Not quite as beautiful as its older brothers and not as elegant either – but hey, you want to print with it. Right?
In a nutshell: A truly great Boston that we really enjoyed testing. This Hohner Boston Tiegel Hobo1 was carefully cleaned in our workshop.

Someone was faster – ask us about our other machines.

Unique handmade

They used to be found in all printers’ shops and nowadays enjoy rarity value.

The typesetting cabinets that still exist can often be found without typefaces. Some are in good hands and live a new life with beads or other odds and ends.

This cabinet here, however, still retains much of its contents.

The drawers contain various writings and filling material and locking material.

We have taken photos of this to give a concrete overview.
